Faulty items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition excluding the fault.

If you receive an item you perceive as faulty, send an email to corina@amberdays.com.au with a picture of the fault and post back to us within 14 days.

Amber Days is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Once we have overseen the item and if we deem it to be faulty we will refund the shipping costs along with a refund of the item.

We do not except refunds for change of mind but we can provide you with a credit note to the equal amount of your purchase or exchange for a different size or item.

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase and item must be in the same condition as purchased with originals tags still attached and proof or purchase.

We will endeavour to process your exchange or refund as quick as possible. This can take up to 2 weeks from receiving your item for us to send your exchange out or refund. Please note during busy times there can be a delay and expect for this process to take up to 4 weeks.
